***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents not to interfere in life and personal liberty of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitionerKamal Jit has been implicated as a connected petition bearing CRM-M36654-2018 has been filed by the wife of his elder brother-Kuldeep Verma (since deceased) seeking issuance of appropriate directions against the respondents therein.

The learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Roop Singh, submits that no complaint is pending against the petitioner in CIA and the petitioner has been found to be innocent in the complaint dated 11.08.2018 (Annexure R-1).

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
