ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.121 dated 04.12.2016 registered under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 02.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court on 08.11.2017 and has deposited the costs of Rs.10,000/- with the District Legal Services Authority, Hoshiarpur and has been released on interim bail.

This fact is not disputed by counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Baljeet Singh.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
