The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31792-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 03.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-31792-2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 13.01.2026 has been passed by the Director General Secondary Education, Haryana. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner.
