LISA GILL, J. (Oral) It is submitted that no offence punishable under Section 376 IPC is made out against the petitioner. However, this petition has been filed solely on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh by taking up all available pleas.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is made clear that there is no expression on the merits of the case.
