Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 02.12.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda respondent No.2 but no action has been taken so far.
