******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No.151 dated 25.07.2014 registered at Police Station Sultanpur, District Kapurthala for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. Both the offences are compoundable and the petitioner can approach the trial Court seeking compounding of the offence by moving application.
