Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 20.07.2011.

Since, the petitioner, who was seeking compassionate appointment on account of the death of his uncle, did not fall in the category of dependents in terms of the Instructions dated 21.11.2002, was rejected, to which, there was neither any rebuttal by filing replication nor learned counsel during the course of arguments was able to substantiate the basis of his claim. 3.

In view of the above, there being no merit in the petition, the same is dismissed.
