******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 143 dated 13.4.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/341/506/325 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hanuman Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and recovery of wooden stick and Scooty have been effected from him. His custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation. In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 02.05.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, DEEPAK KUMAR 2019.08.26 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document subject to the following terms:-

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on presentation of challan in Court.
