It is submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has already been filed and statements of the parties at first motion have been recorded on 11.04.2017. Respondent No.2 has undertaken to withdraw the complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
