(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking directions to official respondents to get the investigation in case bearing FIR No.332 dated 21.10.2025 registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 61, 318, 338, 336 & 340 of BNS) at Police Station City Kaithal, District Kaithal conducted in a fair and impartial inquiry by a senior officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or by some other police official of another District. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
