*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jagraj Singh. However, learned State counsel has opposed grant of interim bail to the petitioner on the ground that recovery has not been effected so far whereas as per stand of learned counsel for the petitioner, on the same set of allegations, interim order passed in favour of co-accused is made absolute. Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court in her favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
