 are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the seniority list dated 15.12.2009 (Annexure P-10) whereby the petitioners have been shown junior to the private respondents. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, revised seniority list has been issued on 11.09.2021.

In light of the statement given by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the instant writ petition, however, with a liberty to challenge the revised seniority list dated 11.09.2021.
