(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 0042 dated 22.10.2016 under Section 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, Tehsil and District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel on instruction from Investigating Officer states that the Investigating Officer has informed the petitioner to be present in the Court today.
