On the last date of hearing no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant as well as its counsel. As per report the Registry has informed the learned counsel for the appellant twice and issued notice to the appellant twice, but hecould not be served as no such officer or concerned official was found present at the given address or residing there since 2010. Despite being informed to the counsel for the appellant, today again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
