Faced with the above situation, he wishes to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to raise all the pleas at the appropriate stage before the learned trial Court. He further makes prayer that personal appearance of Rajdeep Kaur-petitioner No.1 may be exempted before the learned trial Court up to the stage of 313 Cr.P.C. statements.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for, with liberty to petitioner No.1 Rajeep Kaur to file an application for exemption of her personal appearance before the learned trial Court and the same shall be considered sympathetically.
