******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 106 dated 30.03.2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 148, 149, 323, 302, 307, 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") and 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak. Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ramesh Kumar submits that the prosecution has concluded its evidence and the next date is fixed as 24.04.2017 for defence evidence, if any. As the prosecution evidence has been closed, I do not find any reason to extend the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner in this case. Dismissed.
