(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.1537 dated 31.12.2013 registered under Sections 379, 368, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120-B and 506 IPC at Police Station Panipat City.

Respondent No.2 is present in person and submits that petitioner No.1 is her brother and petitioner No.2 is his wife. Both the petitioners are doctors and moneyed man. In order to usurp her share in the joint property, petitioners are regularly using their might against her since the year 1999.

Since respondent No.2 has refused to compromise the matter with petitioners, therefore, this petition is dismissed being meritless. (RAMENDRA JAIN) March 11, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
