Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under Sections 406/498-A at Police Station, Ambala City, vide F.I.R No.165 dated 24.4.2014. According to learned counsel for the parties, a compromise has been entered into between the parties and matrimonial dispute has been settled. Petitioners may join the investigation forthwith. However, in the event of arrest, they be released on bail subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
