(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 CrPC, prays for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.74 dated 09.03.2024 registered under Section 6 of Poison Act, 1919 and Punjab Poisons Possession and Sale Rules, 1966 (Haryana Amendment, 2014), Sections 4/5/21/22 of The Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 and Sections 188/269/270 of IPC as well as Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Excise Act, 2020) at P.S. Sector 05, Panchkula, Haryana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today.

In case the petitioner surrenders himself before the Court concerned within a period of seven days from today and files his bail application, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the same on the same date.
