RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to carry out their lawful obligation by taking expeditious and appropriate action on the complaint bearing No.Peshgi 115/23.01.2023 (P-5) submitted by the petitioner against private respondents for preparing a forged agreement of partition dated 04.10.2016 (P-2) and getting the same implemented in the revenue record to the prejudice of the petitioner and also by forging the signature of a dead person and thereby committing an offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC by taking final decision on the said complaint dated 23.01.2023 (P-5) given by the petitioner.
It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint/representation, dated 23.01.2023, Annexure P-5/T, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who MEENU 2023.05.
CRM-M-22064-2023 -2is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 23.01.2023, Annexure P-5/T and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
