Having been confronted with the order dated 21.8.2015 passed by this Court in CRM-M-12888 of 2015 filed by the petitioner whereby his third petition for bail pending trial was dismissed on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition.
