*** This petition for regular bail has been filed by Anil Kumar and Mohit, both of them being accused in F.I.R. No. 158 dated 18.12.2016 for offences under Sections 302, 365, 201, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal code registered with Police Station Mohana, District Sonepat. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that eyewitness has not fully supported the prosecution story completely. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surender Kumar from Police Station Mohana, District Sonepat admits this fact. However, I do not find it proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in his Court. However, the present petition stands dismissed. (H.S.
