 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of order dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-7), passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby Criminal Revision No.04 of 21.02.2017 titled as "Teja Singh vs. Magh Singh and others" filed by respondent no.2 against the summoning order dated 06.01.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned SDJM, Samana, in Complaint No.33 of 28.08.2015, has been allowed. 2.

The case was called twice. None has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Petition was filed way back in the year 2017. After the notice of motion issued vide order dated 19.12.2017, no one appeared on subsequent hearings on 27.03.2018, 16.07.2018, 19.11.2018 and 01.10.2019. 4.

It seems that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the present petition, which is consequently.
