Present appeal pertains to the year 2001. On 08.05.2024, since counsel for the parties had pleaded no instructions in the matter, fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, both the appellants as well as the sole respondent remain unserved due to incomplete address. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal as well as cross-objections being XOBJS-23-C2001 filed by the respondents for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
