**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed a short reply to Civil Misceallenous No.3398-CWP of 2014 in Court today, wherein, it has been stated that the land in dispute was not the subject matter of the land acquisition proceedings, which has been challenged in this writ petition. The relevant para Nos. 2 to 4 of the short reply are as under: "2.

That the petitioners filed the CWP bearing No. 17472/2007 in the Hon'ble High Court claiming the land bearing Khasra No. 25//27(2-2) situated in the revenue estate of village Ghasola, Tehsil and Distt. Gurgaon to be the land in dispute.

That the land in dispute bearing Khasra No. 25//27 (2-2) situated in the revenue estate of village Ghasola, Tehsil and Distt. Gurgaon was not notified in the above cited notification under Section 4 and under Section 6 of the Act. 4.

That the land in dispute was not the subject matter of present acquisition proceedings which has been challenged JAWALA RAM 2015.06.04 11:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
