**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is the third petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 46, dated 09.03.2017, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana.
2.
The first petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner i.e. CRM-M-14544-2020 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 25th June, 2020 (Annexure P-2), wherein, the learned State counsel had specifically apprised the Court that the petitioner was involved in three more cases of similar nature and due to this, the petitioner had prayed for withdrawal of the said petition. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the second petition for grant regular bail i.e. CRM-M-188602020. However, the same was dismissed vide order dated 15th July, 2020, as the petitioner failed to bring to the notice of this Court any change in circumstances, which would merit acceptance of the said petition.
