CRWP-5037-2022 (O&M) - 2 - allegations of the petitioner are found to be well founded, then necessary steps under law be taken ensuring that no harm is caused to the petitioner. Before parting with this order, this Court would like to observe that the present case seems to be an outcome of a matrimonial discord. Respondent No.2 shall refer the parties to some seasoned Mediator to probe the possibility of compromise.
