This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 78 dated 13.06.2014 under Sections 406, 420, 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC at Police Station Women Police, District Patiala. On the last date of hearing, coordinate bench of this court directed that petitioner and complainant would appear before the mediation and conciliation centre on which date complainant would be paid a sum of `15,000/- by the petitioner. It has been informed that petitioner did not comply with the order dated January 20, 2015. Besides, according to investigating agency, recovery of cash, coloured TV, clothes and gold ring was to be effected from the petitioner.
