Mr. Munish Bhardwaj, Advocate for respondent No.2Complainant.

* * * * Petitioner was convicted by the Trial Court as the cheque issued by him had bounced. Appeal preferred by him was also dismissed by the Additional District Judge. Revision petition was filed, which was admitted. During the pendency of the revision petition, the parties have compromised and as per compromise, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.22,000/- by way of bank draft to respondent No.2-the complainant. Today, another sum of Rs.8,000/- (in cash) has been paid by the son of the petitioner to Sh. Munish Bhardwaj, Advocate for respondent No.2.

This settles the dispute between the parties. In view of the aforesaid compromise, orders of the Trial Court as well as of the Additional District Judge are set aside and the petitioner is acquitted of the charges levelled against him. (G.C.
