-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.80 dated 24.3.2022 registered under Sections 379/120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 25.05.2022 passed by this Court. The counsel for the petitioner further submits even otherwise now the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner has already preferred petition with regard to quashing of aforesaid PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.09.14 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-22926-2022 FIR, before this Court bearing CRM-M-22995-2022, which is pending for today.

The counsel for the complainant has not disputed the fact regarding compromise and filing of compromise quashing petition. State counsel on instructions from SI Surinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 25.05.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
