Vide order dated 7.12.2015 passed by this Court, petitioners were directed to surrender before the trial court within a period of two weeks and on their doing so they were ordered to be released on interim anticipatory bail.

CRM-M 41279/2015 pursuant to the order dated 7.12.2015, petitioners surrendered before the trial court and were granted interim bail by the trial court vide order dated 18.12.2015 (copy produced in Court and taken on record). Learned State counsel on instructions does not refute the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 7.12.2015 passed by this Court, is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
