The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.0024 dated 30.08.2020 under Sections 447, 511, 506 and 34 of IPC and Section 420 of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana.

As 08 of the 20 prosecution witnesses stand examined, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds as raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
