***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) It has been informed by learned State counsel that the entire prosecution evidence stands concluded and the matter is fixed before the trial Court for 27.5.2022.

In view of the aforestated position where the trial is at fag end, this Court does not deem it appropriate to grant bail, at this stage. The petition, as such, is dismissed.

However, the trial Court is directed to ensure that there is no delay in conclusion of trial and as and when the defence evidence is concluded, the trial Court shall immediately take up the matter for arguments.
