Cr. Misc. No.M-42282 of 2018 [2] As per the allegations in the FIR, which was got recorded by Lakhwinder Kaur, Tarsem Singh along with present petitioner Major Singh used to come to their house and Tarsem Singh was allegedly stated to be having illicit relations with Jaspinder Kaur, Devrani of the complainant and husband of the complainant used to refrain them from visiting their home. Harjinder Singh-husband of the complainant was killed. There are serious allegations against the present petitioner and co-accused Tarsem Singh etc. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
