(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to fairly conclude investigation in case FIR No.107 dated 15.06.2016 registered under Sections 452, 325, 323 IPC at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing of cancellation report on 30.11.2018 and now the matter is fixed for 04.04.2019 before the Court for consideration.
