(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.0099 dated 12.05.2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC pertaining to Police Station Rajpura City, District Patiala, to some independent agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as in view of the application of petitioner, investigation in the aforesaid FIR has been transferred out of District Patiala and has been handed over to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dirba, District Sangrur.
