(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 312 of 27.10.2015, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, registered at P.S. City, Barnala. This Court vide order dated 10.05.2016 directed the parties to appear before the Medication Centre for an amicable settlement. As per report of Mediation Centre dated 01.06.2016, parties have settled their dispute amicably (Flag 'A') and both husband and wife decided to live together and respondent No. 2 has further agreed that she will take back all the cases filed by her after a period of six months, as parents of Amit Sharma have decided to take the financial responsibility till Amit Sharma settled himself financially.
In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, order dated 15.12.2015 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
