(ORAL) Petitioner herein is aggrieved against alleged wrong awarding of marks to him by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission in the selection examination for the post of JE (civil). His representations dated 15.11.2020 and 01.06.2021 (Annexures P-12 and P-13) have not been adverted and hence the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that answers of two questions have been wrongly mentioned in the answer key by respondent No.2- Haryana Staff Selection Commission and, despite that he has not been awarded marks for the same. Reliance is placed on an order, contained at Annexure P-14, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court while disposing of petition of a similarly situated candidate, who approached this Court vide CWP No.18412 of 2020. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let a final decision is taken, either way, by the respondents on the pending representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-12). 7.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 15.11.2020 (Annexure P-12) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of sixty days from today. 10.
Disposed of accordingly.
