Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 3.12.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. Certificate (Annexure P-4) in this regard has been issued by Gurudwara Guru Nanak Dev Ji (Registered), Phase-6, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali). Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken so far.
