   ***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) 1. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are entitled to stepping up of pay equivalent to their junior-respondent No.4, regarding which, instructions dated 14.03.2017 have been relied upon, Annexure P-7, however, despite a legal notice dated 22.07.2024, Annexure P-12, having been served, their claim have not been considered as of now. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 22.07.2024, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if MOHIT 2025.04.08 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
