This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 75 dated 19.04.2017 under sections 302, 34 IPC at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that petitioner is accused of murder of daughter of the complainant. Besides, petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender.

In view of above, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
