Petitioner was earlier summoned in a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and he filed revision against that order, which was accepted with direction to the trial Court to reconsider the evidence on record. Again, the petitioner has been summoned vide order dated 24.08.2018 (Annexure P-7). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision against the impugned order or to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
