Navneet Singh Bains, ASP, Circle Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib, the instant petition has rendered infructuous, as the application filed by private respondents No. 5 to 7, for re-enquiry/ re-investigation in case FIR No. 20 dated 09.02.2018 (Annexure P-4), under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib, has been found false, therefore, as on date, no enquiry is pending in the aforesaid FIR.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
