R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 76 dated 12.6.2014 for offences under Sections 406 and 498-A of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Patiala.
Report form the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received that the mediation between the parties has failed.
There is no representation from respondent no. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Major Gir submits that some gold articles are yet to be recovered, though the petitioner has joined the investigation. For that purpose, the petitioner is again directed to appear before the Investigating Officer/SHO of the Police Station on 07.9.2015 between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. and keep on joining investigation as and when required and cooperate with JITENDER KUMAR 2015.08.24 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, the interim bail granted vide order dated 05.12.2014 is made absolute. Petitioner shall also abide by the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. If the petitioner fails to appear before the investigating officer on the date and time stipulated above, the concession granted vide this order shall automatically stands vacated. Allowed in the above terms.
