Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 74 dated 31.03.2019, registered under Section(s) 406, 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Sirhind. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that main allegation, as per FIR, is against Parkash Singh, his son Jasbir Singh and wife Kuldip Kaur and petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Learned counsel fairly conceded that by now, main accused have not been arrested and the matter is still under investigation. Allegation against the petitioner that his name emerged in the inquiry conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and he had played active role in the complete transaction. In the complaint, the complainant has given specific name of Parkash Singh, his son Jasbir Singh and wife Kuldip Kaur and three unknown persons.
