Pursuant thereto report has been received under the signatures of the Senior Medical Officer, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The same is taken on record. As per the report the height of the petitioner on measurement turned out to be 154.7 Cms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the same would be below the benchmark of 5 feet 1 inch. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
