Om Parkash, HPS, Superintendent of Police, Samalkha, District Panipat on behalf of respondent No.1-State as per which the cancellation report has already been presented before the concerned Magistrate on 06.03.2023 and even the Kalendra under Section 182 IPC has been prepared against the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid report, this petition has become infructuous.
