SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent Nos.4 to 8.

Today, petitioner No.1 as well as her parents i.e respondent Nos.4 & 5 are present in Court.

Respondent Nos.4 & 5 have jointly made a statement that they have no objection if their daughter-Kashish wishes to live her life at her own free will. They will not harm or intervene in her life.

In the wake of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the petition any longer.

Dismissed as not pressed.
