Perusal of OMR sheet reveals that there is smudging against question no.13 and an attempt to smudge answer. In such circumstances, there is condition that candidate cannot be permitted to smudge answer sheet and therefore, rightly so, petitioner was found to be ineligible. No ground for interference is made out. Dismissed.
