*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagbir Singh from Police Station Sector 31, Faridabad. He states that the petitioners have furnished affidavits that they do not hold any Passport and in that way they are not required for further investigation by the police.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 3.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
